In light of recent developments, Bass Pro Shops has been forced to adjust its operations in compliance with the new Public Health Order. As reported on April 8, investigators discovered that the store had reopened and thus required assistance in its closure.

To ensure compliance with the Order, Denver advised Bass Pro Shops to close its doors on Tuesday, April 7. While the company does sell firearms, which are considered essential under the Order, their business extends far beyond this product line. As a result, the store was not deemed critical and therefore needed to adhere to the new regulations.
